Class Descriptions


Zen Den:  A vinyasa style class focusing on mind-body connection, strength, balance, and flexibility on and off the mat. Treat yourself to 50 minutes of flow, restoration, and relaxation.  


Gentle Flow:  A gentle flow class sequences to provide you movement with a focus on breath and mindful postures to help strengthen and refill your body 


All Level Flow: Building on the fundamentals in Gentle Flow, All Levels Flow class will continue to connect the breath with a flowing asana practice, offering you the opportunity to strengthen, build core and introduce you to more advanced poses. Modifications will be offered to all practitioners to increase and grow their practice safely.  


Beginner’s Yoga: Introductions to the fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal descriptions and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This can be for someone who has never tried yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.  


Slow Flow & Restore: This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. Meditation and Pranaymana (breath work) techniques will be used to promote relaxation. Class concludes with Restorative Yoga postures which settle the body and mind. Beginner level/Basic/For anyone 

 
Sculpt n YoGa:  This class is a perfect blend of vinyasa yoga flow, resistance training and light cardio to get the best of all training methods. Ideal if you want to change up your yoga practice to focus more on strength. Also ideal if you find traditional yoga challenging for your mental focus and need more movement and music beat to help you through the workout. 


Open Class Free Style Yoga:  
Need a place to practice? This is a time and place just for you to develop your own practice. Open level classes are designed to bring together a mix of practitioners with varied skill levels, from beginners to more advanced yogis in an environment where students can practice at their own pace and own style. 
 


Open Class Meditation Lounge:  The Meditation Lounge Need a place to meditate? This is a time and place just for you to develop your own meditation practice. It is a quiet place of refuge where students find their own inner sanctuary of stillness and peace. The space is created for you to experience stillness in a sacred safe space that assist with the fulfillment of your best and highest path.   


Rollassage:
Rollassage® A fusion of neuromuscular, yoga, and muscle recovery therapy. In this unique “feel good class” participants experienced relief from pain, increased mobility and performance improvement. Rollassage is a self-care workout that uses massage tools to increase flexibility, minimize muscle pain, and improve performance.

iRestore Yoga:
With inspiration taken from both yin yoga and fitness coaching, iRESTORE Yoga combines restorative myofascial stretching. This is a great stretching and relaxation class.
